Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated 310S Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair, demonstrating proficiency with power tools and various repair techniques. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Execute repairs on various automotive systems including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
• Utilize power tools effectively to assemble, disassemble, and repair vehicle components.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
• Communicate with customers regarding their vehicle's condition and recommended services, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency within the shop environment.
• Conduct heavy lifting as required for the assembly and repair of automotive parts.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through continuous learning.

Experience

• 310S Automotive Technician certification is preferred.
• 2+ years of proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic in a dealership or independent shop setting.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate technical information to customers.
